On the date & time of your phone appointment, one of our specialists will give you a call. Make sure you have your phone nearby to pick up!
Step 3: Receive Advice on Services
During your phone appointment, our specialist will discuss your service options with you, and help you make a decision on what services will best fit your needs. They can also advise you on other services available in the community.

Personal Support
Our dedicated PSWs provide compassionate personal care, help with meals and homemaking, and offer respite to support caregivers.
Meals on Wheels
We offer bulk deliveries of frozen meals (as well as Ensure meal replacements, sandwiches, and soup packs, if applicable) once per week or once per two weeks to our clients.
Transportation
iRIDE Plus, our government-subsidized ride sharing transportation service, helps seniors and people with mobility issues get around safely and affordably.
Social Connection & Recreation
Exercise and Falls Prevention
Circle of Care provides free group exercise and falls prevention classes to seniors 65+ living in the community. Classes are led by trained fitness professionals.
Friendly Visiting
Our Friendly Visiting program matches volunteers and clients by shared interests and language to foster meaningful visits that support social connection and independent living.
Phone Pals
Through our Phone Pals program, our specially trained volunteers provide companionship and social contact to seniors through weekly phone calls.
Social Activities & Groups
We offer free activities and programs for seniors to socialize and learn together – both online and in-person. While most of our offerings are in English, some are also available in Russian.

Adult Day Program
Our Adult Day Program is open 7 days a week to support individuals living with memory loss and/or physical frailty, ensuring they find joy and purpose in their day.
Holocaust Survivor Services
With oversight from specially trained staff, we offer a range of services for Holocaust survivors. These services are funded by the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany.
Hospice Care
Circle of Care’s hospice/palliative care program, accredited by Hospice Palliative Care Ontario, helps to improve the quality of life for those living with a terminal or life-limiting illness, and provides support for family members.







Counselling & Resource Navigation
Programs that help clients and caregivers navigate challenges, access resources, and receive emotional support.
Social Work Services
We provide free short-term practical support to individuals so that they do not have to be alone when addressing challenges related to aging.
Support Groups & Sessions
We provide group support to help guide our clients through challenging and difficult circumstances. We offer both online support groups (through ZOOM), as well as in-person groups.
Bereavement Support
We have a number of ways to help you through this difficult transition, including support groups and individual support sessions.
