Hiring for Sinai Health to Home Program

We are hiring for several positions as part of the Sinai Health to Home program, designed to support patients’ transition from hospital to home. Join an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and make a real impact by providing tailored, time-limited support to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Being part of this new program is both exciting and challenging – we’re looking for flexible, adaptable individuals who are eager to contribute to best practices. Personal Support Worker Role

Personal Support Workers (PSWs) are an essential part of our healthcare system who provide personal care to people with complex care needs, helping them live healthier, happier and longer lives at home. Many internationally-trained healthcare professionals, such as nurses, physiotherapists, social workers, paramedics and physicians, can work as a PSW without having to get a PSW certificate.

Other Front Line Staff

Circle of Care has teams of exercise instructors and transportation staff who make a real difference in the lives of seniors in local communities by helping them keep moving and maintain their independence.

  • For our flexible, part time exercise instructor roles we accept applications from all who are active learners in the area of wellness and who are motivated to lead group exercise classes in person, with the goal of helping seniors 65+ build strength and improve balance.
  • Our friendly, specially-trained drivers provide door to door service to seniors in clean, comfortable vehicles, helping them get to medical and social appointments.
