Strong on Your Feet With Noa
Join fitness instructor Noa as she runs a Strong on Your Feet exercise class for seniors. These classes can be accessed from the comfort of your own home! These classes are offered through ZOOM.
Stay upright, strong, and resilient. This fully standing, music-based class builds cardiovascular endurance, balance, bone density, and strength through low-impact rhythmic movement and resistance band training, ending with a stretch. A chair is available for support at all times.
Equipment: hand weights (dumbbells or soup cans), resistance band (ideally one light and one medium), sturdy chair without armrests, water to drink
