Join fitness instructor Svetlana for weights and stretching for seniors. These classes can be accessed from the comfort of your own home! These classes are offered through ZOOM.
This is an easy-to-follow class that blends light resistance training with full-body stretching. Strength exercises help maintain muscle and bone health, while stretching supports flexibility and relaxation. A great option for participants who enjoy a classic workout format.
Equipment: hand weights (dumbbells or soup cans), resistance band (ideally one light and one medium), sturdy chair without armrests, water to drink
