Hospice Caregiver Support Group (FULL)
Our hospice caregiver support group is for individuals who are caring for someone who is living with a progressive life limiting illness or is at the end stages of their life.
This 6-week hospice caregiver support group offers:
- Weekly psychoeducational session material to understand death and dying processes
- A safe and compassionate space to share experiences
- Opportunities to exchange practical strategies for everyday challenges
- Coping strategies and discussions about self-care
Who can join:
- Individuals who care for someone living with a life-limiting illness or are at end stages of life.
- Individuals who care for someone at home or in the community.
- You must be over 18 years old.
This group is now full and is no longer be open for registrations.

April 14, 21, 28, May 5, 12, and 19th.
