SCALE Together – Group for Caregivers

In partnership with the Ontario Caregivers Organization, SCALE (Supporting Caregiver Awareness, Learning and Empowerment) Together is an 8-week in-person program designed to help caregivers focus on their mental health and well-being.

Program features:
• Weekly psychoeducational sessions to process emotions
• Comprehensive workbooks with tools and strategies
• Access to individual counselling

Once the group has started, it will no longer be open for registrations.
