Acceptance & Commitment Therapy Group for Anxiety & Depression
Join our supportive ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) group designed for adults and seniors experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression. ACT is an evidence-based approach that helps individuals learn practical skills to manage difficult thoughts and emotions, while focusing on what truly matters in their lives. Rather than trying to eliminate distress, ACT encourages acceptance, mindfulness, and taking meaningful action aligned with personal values. In a safe and welcoming environment, you’ll gain tools to build resilience, improve well-being, and reconnect with a more fulfilling life.
