Circle of Care Earns National Recognition for Employee Health and Wellness
Circle of Care is proud to announce that we have been recognized with Canada’s Healthy Workplace Month Great Employer Award 2025 by Excellence Canada.
This national award celebrates organizations that demonstrate a strong commitment to creating physically and psychologically safe and healthy workplaces. Organizations are evaluated across four key pillars of workplace wellness:

It includes the organization’s commitment to occupational health and safety, ensuring that workplace conditions protect employees from injuries and harm.
Mental Health & Workplace Culture: A healthy workplace starts with a supportive culture. This pillar highlights how organizations foster environments of respect, trust, inclusivity, and open communication, helping employees feel valued and supported in their work and daily interactions.
Physical Environment: Social well-being reflects the quality of relationships and sense of belonging among employees. It considers how collaboration, recognition, engagement, and growth opportunities contribute to an individual’s connection to their team and organization.
Corporate Social Responsibility: This final pillar emphasizes the link between social responsibility and employee well-being. By engaging with the broader community and promoting volunteerism, environmental stewardship, and social responsibility, organizations help employees feel proud of their collective impact.
