This is a 6 week virtual group for adults 55+ focused on understanding stress and learning practical coping strategies.
Topics include:
• What stress is and how it affects your body and mind
• CBT techniques for managing stress
• Relaxation and breathing exercises
• Conflict resolution and communication tools
