Stretch & Strength With Noa

Join fitness instructor Noa as she runs a Stretch & Strength exercise class for seniors. These classes can be accessed from the comfort of your own home! These classes are offered through ZOOM.

A slower-paced class focused on strength, mobility, and stability. No cardio—just controlled movement to improve flexibility, posture, and muscle tone.

Equipment: hand weights (dumbbells or soup cans), resistance band (ideally one light and one medium), sturdy chair without armrests, water to drink
