Creative Healing: Art Activity for Letting Go
This art therapy activity is to help you feel lighter and freer. It’s important to check in with yourself to see what you’re carrying. We all carry an invisible backpack with us in life. We put things in it, or maybe other people put expectations in it. We might not realize how heavy it is. This exercise is to look at what we’re carrying and to lighten the load.
Materials needed:
- A piece of paper
- A pencil or pen
- Any colouring materials (markers, crayons, etc.)
- A glue stick
