Brain Health Workshop (IN-PERSON)

The Baycrest Academy for Research and Education Free Brain Health Workshop will present and discuss the latest research on the impact of mental health on dementia risk. Information about protective factors and practical tips will be shared as well.

Participants will receive an evidence-based booklet compiled of general wellness tips and information that supports brain health, with a special focus on memory.

The workshop is generously supported by a grant from the Slaight Family Foundation.
