Brain Health Workshop (IN-PERSON)

The Baycrest Academy for Research and Education Free Brain Health Workshop will present and discuss the latest research on the topic of music and its impact on brain health and dementia risk. Discover the science of music on your health whether you’re playing an instrument or simply listening to music. Participants will receive an evidence-based booklet compiled of general wellness tips and information that supports brain health, with a special focus on memory.
