Meet Bill.
Bill is a recently widowed 82-year-old man. He lives alone in the GTA, and although his son and daughter-in-law call regularly from out of town, they can’t be with him often. The silence of his home has grown heavier—he’s been feeling lonely, eating less, and missing his doctors’ appointments.
Then a neighbour told him about Circle of Care.
Because of your generosity, Bill is no longer facing these challenges alone. He now uses our iRIDE service to get to his medical appointments. He receives nourishing meals through Meals on Wheels. He’s found comfort in our bereavement support group as he grieves his wife’s passing. And he’s joined our monthly Let’s Get Together social dining program—making new friends and feeling connected to his community once again.
