Booking or Cancelling Rides
If you are already registered as an iRIDE client, you have two ways to manage your rides:

You can call to book a new ride, cancel an existing ride, or ask questions about your schedule.
Use the Passenger Portal (Recommended)
If you don’t have a portal account yet, we strongly recommend registering — it makes managing your rides much easier. Using the Portal, you can request to book or cancel rides anytime, and view your past and upcoming rides.

Tips for a Smooth Ride
- Book as early as possible to secure your preferred times. Remember that medical rides can be booked up to 28 days in advance while other trips (social, shopping, errands) can be booked up to 7 days in advance.
- Remember that rides are shared; you may travel with up to 2 other clients.
Your Feedback is Important to Us!
Circle of Care iRIDE vehicles are all outfitted with tablets that ask our clients to rate their experience at the end of their ride. You can also leave feedback about our program. This feedback helps us track the quality of our service, ensuring that we are providing are meeting the needs and standards of our clients.
