Lifestyle Medicine Program: Gut Health (IN-PERSON)
Join Dr. Shilpi Gupta in this 6-part in-person educational series called “Preventing Chronic Diseases Through Daily Choices“, which explores common health concerns affecting seniors. Each session explains how the body changes with age and provides practical, research-based tips that can be used in daily life. Sessions include interactive discussions and engaging activities to support strength, energy, mental clarity, and independence.
Format:
- 6 sessions (1.5 hours each)
- 60-minute engaging presentation
- 30-minute interactive discussion, fun learning activities, Q&A
You must register to attend. Chartwell in-person programs are limited to 12 clients. No walk-ins without registration.
