Charity Night at The Curtain Club

Spend your evening with laughter as we come together for Charity Night! Hosted by the Curtain Club Theatre, “A Bunch of Amateurs”, by Nick Newman & Ian Hislop, will be playing out on stage this November 13. Tickets are $10 each.

Play Description:

Washed-up Hollywood action hero Jefferson Steel, hoping to reignite his waning career, accepts an invitation to play King Lear at Stratford. On his arrival in England, he discovers it is not with the Royal Shakespeare Company but with the local Stratford Players in Suffolk.

Schedule:

• Doors open at 7:15pm, enjoy some refreshments (only water in the theatre).
• Theatre doors open at 7:30pm.
• Show time at 8:00pm.
• Intermission for 20 minutes.
• Play lasts 2 hours.
