Stress Management Support Group
Circle of Care is offering a 5- Week Virtual Stress Management Support Group
For persons 55+ this five-week support group is designed to educate and elaborate on stress. We begin on understanding what stress is and how it impacts the body and mental state. We build on stress management techniques to learn new coping mechanisms to best address participants’ unique situations.
Conversation topics are structured and cater towards common interests between participants. Topics include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), relaxation/breathing techniques and conflict resolution. There is no cost to attend, and this group will be held over ZOOM. If you’re interested, please register for the group.
