Bereavement Training Workshops

for Service Providers, Professionals and Volunteers

These workshops are designed for Hospice Volunteers and other professionals who would like to develop their skills to support clients after a death has occurred. The training involves 2 workshops, one which focuses on communication styles, difficult conversations and cultural humility and the other on complex grief reactions, compassion fatigue and how to help your client move forward.  Each workshop is 2 hours in length. Since each participant comes with a wealth of experience developed through their own volunteering and work the workshops are designed for sharing and supporting each other as skills and knowledge are deepened.
