DESCRIPTION:This activity will explore grounding, reflection, and personal growth through the metaphor of a bird’s nest. Participants will create a visual representation of their “nest” using words, colours, and collage materials to reflect their strengths, supports, and values. They will also design “eggs” within the nest to represent hopes, goals, and aspects of themselves they want to nurture through times of transition.\nMaterials needed:\n\n2 and 1/2 sheets of paper\nA glue stick\nA pencil\nScissors\nColouring materials such as pencil crayons, felt markers, or any other colouring materials they would like to use.\n\nReference: Erica Pang Art.
