Please note the eligibility requirements:\nEligibility: This program is only open to caregivers who have participated in a Circle of Care caregiver support group within the last 2 years, or have received 1:1 caregiver support from Circle of Care recently and have since been discharged.\nYou only need to register once to attend any drop-in session.\nDates: February 13, March 13, April 10, May 8….
